The Reeling is proud to have joined the Keychange Pledge, and has committed to booking at least 50% women and gender minorities in our lineups, as well as hiring at least 50% women and gender minorities in our direct staffing. We believe it is incredibly important to encourage and develop new talent both on stage and behind the scenes to make events around the world diverse and representative of the world we live in.
We believe the planet and people should be prioritised over profit, so are members 1% for the Planet. This means 1% of all our sales - everything, from tickets and drinks, to t-shirts and sponsorship - go to the preservation and restoration of the natural environment.
Our 2023 saw us make donations to Trees for Life UK and the John Muir Trust.
