The festival is situated within Rouken Glen Park, just off Davieland Road. The site will be well signposted and easy to find.

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 or over (maximum of two under 18s per adult 21+).
Guardianship forms can be filled in on site - or you can download in advance here.

Your ticket can only be scanned once for each day it’s valid. There is no re-entry once you’re in the festival site.
We do operate limited parent pass-out policy, as part of our accessibility aims, which allows those with children to leave once briefly to drop children off. This is closely managed and you must speak to a steward before leaving to get a pass for re-entry. Last entry is 8pm for anybody entering the site.

You cannot bring food or drink into the festival site.
There will be a wide variety of food and drink available to purchase, catering to all requirements.
Food traders on offer include Dough Man’s Land Pizza, Screaming Peacock, Rost, MacMan, Street Scullery and Café Cùil’s festival restaurant. Coffee will also be available from Birch x Us Vs Them.
You may bring an empty water bottle to fill up at our various water points.

Yes, water points will be available by all of our bars and signposted throughout the site. You may bring in an empty bottle to site to refill, and we would encourage you to do so to stay hydrated.

We operate a predominantly cashless site, and card is accepted at every point of sale.
However it may be helpful to bring cash, please note their is no ATM on site.

Camping chairs are welcome but are not permitted in high-density areas (i.e. main stage viewing area).

Yes, pram are welcome at the festival.
We cannot accept liability for prams brought onto site and would ask that no prams are taken beyond the Front of House / Accessibility platform at the Main Stage.

Yes, you may bring a bag up to an A3 size.

As it is a city centre festival, in one of Glasgow's lovely parks, there are no camping facilities available.
There is lots of accommodation available in Glasgow and the site is accessible via public transport.

With the exception of special assistance dogs, no animals are permitted at the event.

As per terms & conditions agreed when purchasing your tickets, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is applicable to all ticket-holders. These are industry standard terms for concert and festival tickets.
We do not offer a resale service, and are unable to advise on resale of tickets should you enquire.
